CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

HOLIDAYS BY EASYWAY

Holidays by EasyWay is a travel agency providing travel-related services, including airline tickets, hotel reservations, taxi/transportation services, and travel packages combining these services.

  1. Airline Tickets
    Cancellation, refund, modification and rebooking conditions for airline tickets are determined by the respective airline and the fare conditions applicable to the ticket purchased. Some fares may be non-refundable or may be subject to cancellation, rebooking or administrative charges. Any refund applicable to a cancelled airline ticket will be processed in accordance with the airline’s applicable fare rules and after deduction of any applicable charges. Holidays by Easyway does not determine the cancellation or refund conditions imposed by the airline.
  1. Hotel Reservations
    Cancellation and refund conditions for hotel bookings are determined by the individual hotel/property and the rate selected at the time of booking. Some hotel rates may be fully refundable, while others may be partially refundable or non-refundable. The applicable cancellation conditions will be communicated to the  customer at the time of booking or will be specified in the booking confirmation.
  1. Taxi / Transportation Services
    Cancellation and refund conditions for taxi and transportation services depend on the service provider and the terms applicable to the booking. Any applicable cancellation charges or refund conditions will be communicated to the customer at the time of booking.
  1. Travel Packages
    Where a package combines flights, hotels, taxis or other travel services, each component is subject to the cancellation and refund conditions of the respective service provider. Therefore, cancellation of one component does not necessarily mean that all components of the package are refundable. Any refund due to the customer will be calculated based on the applicable terms and conditions of each service provider, after deduction of any applicable charges.

    Where the airline, hotel or other service provider has classified a booking as non-refundable, Holidays by Easyway will not be able to provide a refund for that service. Any applicable exceptions will be subject to the terms and conditions of the respective service provider.
