Day 1 : Srinagar

Upon arrival at the Srinagar airport, we will transfer you to your hotel. Later in the day, take on the famously known shikara ride on the Dal Lake; the shikaras are traditional wooden boats that look like gondolas that have been used for centuries for transportation and leisure cruise on the lake. Overnight stay in Srinagar.

Day 2 : Srinagar - Sonmarg – Srinagar

After breakfast, we will leave for a full day excursion of Sonmarg. Situated at an altitude of 9000 ft. and a distance of 84 km from Srinagar, Sonmarg is also called “The meadow of gold.” Sonmarg lies in the Sindh Valley, streamed with flowers and surrounded by mountains. The place is also the base for some interesting treks to the high altitude of the Himalayan Lake. You can walk to the Thajiwas glacier. Travel back from Sonmarg to Srinagar. Overnight stay in Srinagar.

Day 3 : Srinagar - Gulmarg - Srinagar

After breakfast, we will travel to Gulmarg, the “Meadow of Flowers,” which is 2730 m. above sea level. Gulmarg has one of the best ski slopes in the world and the highest golf course of the world with 18 holes. One can also have the view of Nanga Parbat if the weather permits and can also have a short trek up to Khilanmarg, which can be covered in about 3 to 4 hrs, or enjoy the scenic view of Kongdori on a gondola cable car ride. Travel back to Srinagar. Overnight stay in Srinagar.

Day 4 : Srinagar - Pahalgam

After breakfast, we go to Pahalgam driving through the villages of Pampore, Avantipura, and Bijbehara, which remains famous as the breadbasket of Kashmir. We switch from the national highway 1A at Khanabal and drive through the second largest city of Anantnag. From here the road turns scenic as we drive parallel to the Lidder River flowing from the opposite direction. In Pahalgam, check in at your hotel and spend the rest of your day at leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel in Pahalgam.

Day 5 : Pahalgam - Srinagar

After breakfast, travel to Srinagar and enjoy sightseeing of the famous Mughal Gardens: the Cheshma Shahi’s Royal Spring, Shalimar’s Garden of Love, Nishat Garden’s Garden of Pleasure, and finally the Shankaracharya Temple. On your return, visit a local handicrafts showroom for hand-knotted specialities, silken carpets, shawls,and jewellery ornaments. Overnight stay in a houseboat.

Day 6 : Srinagar - Airport.

After breakfast, enjoy the morning in Srinagar and transfer to Srinagar airport.
