I fell deeply in love with the vibrant colors, scents, and unique energy of India. A land rich in mystery and myth, shaped by centuries of history and conquest, adorned with ceremonies and rituals, India is unlike any place on earth! Even when things seem improbable to me in India, it unfolds at its own rhythm and in its own way.

Neither words nor images can capture the full depth of its culture, the diversity of its landscapes, or the richness of its traditions. To truly experience its magic, feel its spirituality, or immerse yourself in its celebrations, you must simply be there.

About Us

Our origin story

Easyway Travel Agency” was founded in 2005 by Jean-Pierre and Selva, two friends who met at the Lycée Français of Pondicherry. Driven by their passion for cultural exploration, they created the agency to help Indians discover both local and global cultural destinations. The agency started in the garage of the Notre Dame de la Garde residence in Pondicherry, a historically significant French colonial building which is now La Villa Hotel. Jean Pierre’s leadership and unique ability to blend global expertise with a love for India played a key role in the agency’s growth and success.

I joined Easyway Travel Agency in 2008, bringing a wealth of international experience gained from working with a renowned French tour operator and airline. Born in India and raised in France, I aimed to bring a global perspective to the business, helping travelers discover India while reconnecting with my own roots. I modernised the agency’s operations, introduced online booking, created new itineraries, and expanded partnerships, simultaneously interweaving Indian hospitality with Western efficiency that appealed to both Indian and foreign clients, resulting in growth, including three branches and a fleet of cars by 2018. However, the Covid pandemic impacted global tourism, forcing us to scale back to a single outlet. Despite this setback, our commitment to promoting cultural destinations remained strong. Post-lockdown, I partnered with Jean-Pierre to relaunch the business under the name “Holidays by Easyway .” With a renewed focus on health standards, sustainability, and unique experiences, I’m excited to offer innovative travel solutions and align the business with evolving global trends.
