| Day 1 ‐ Arrive Colombo | ||
| On arrival, you will be met and you will be driven to the beautiful hill station of Nuwara Eliya via Kitulgala. Overnight in Nuwara Eliya. (B) | ||
| Day 2 ‐ Nuwara Eliya – Kandy | ||
| Today, drive to Kandy, enroute visiting a Tea Plantation. (You also have an option to take a train). Kandy was the last capital of the Sri Lankan Kings and is one of the World Heritage Sites. On this tour drive around the Kandy lake built by the last Sinhala King. Visit the Kandy town, the arts and crafts centre, a gem museum and lapidary. This evening, enjoy a city tour of Kandy, visit the Temple of Tooth Relic and enjoy a cultural show. Overnight in Kandy. (B) | ||
| Day 3 ‐ Kandy – Colombo | ||
| This morning, drive to Colombo, enroute visiting the Peradeniya Botanical Gardens and the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage. Later explore Colombo on an exciting city and shopping tour. Visit the Buddhist and Hindu Temples, Pettah, Fort, Bandaranaike Memorial, Colombo Museum, Parliament House and the folk art centre. Continue on a shopping tour visiting House of Fashions, Noritake ceramic shop and a local souvenir shop. Overnight in Colombo. (B) | ||
